Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

In case of incorrect, faulty or damaged goods upon receiving order, we can offer partial/full refunds based on the severity of the damage. Incorrect or damaged goods can be returned to us and we will exchange it for the correct item with no additional costs. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on damage inflicted by customer’s doing or by shipping services. 

We no longer accept refunds for size issues, please double check our size charts or contact us if you have any questions and or inquiries regarding sizing or custom options. We can make small sizing adjustments for free so don’t hesitate to contact us at info.houseofaris@gmail.com

We cannot issue refunds for orders that go missing in the customer’s residing country, however we will do everything in our power to locate any missing order and aide in getting the order to our customers.

We cannot issue refunds for unclaimed items that are sent back to Vietnam. Please double check at your local post office if your order doesn't arrive in the timeframe or contact us. 

Sale orders are non refundable.
