For many years I struggled with chronic depression, and despite appearing optimistic on the outside, I carried a quiet sense of hopelessness within me. I spent years believing that life simply happened to me, unaware that many of my fears, limitations, and painful patterns had been shaped by conditioning I inherited and unconsciously repeated.

It wasn't until I reached rock bottom that something unexpected happened, I surrendered. Not because I had all the answers, but because I had finally run out of them. In that surrender, I discovered a sense of trust I had never experienced before. I started to believe there was something greater guiding me, and that perhaps I was not separate from it, but deeply connected to it.

Since then, I've immersed myself in studying manifestation, rewiring old beliefs, and learning to intentionally direct my thoughts, emotions, and actions. Slowly, I stopped recreating the suffering I had always known and began creating a life that felt aligned, abundant, and meaningful. I went from feeling completely lost and disconnected to rebuilding my life in ways I once thought were impossible.
